The flat offers space for up to 5 people and was newly built in 2023 and furnished with a lot of passion. All the furniture was made from local wood by the landlord himself. 

A parquet floor with underfloor heating provides cosy warmth. 

In the 72 m² flat, with its own balcony - fantastic mountain views guaranteed, there is a fully equipped, modern kitchen with marble worktop, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer compartment, microwave, crockery & cutlery, glasses, pots & pans, toaster, kettle, Bosch-Tassimo coffee machine, salt & pepper, dishwasher tabs. 

In the spacious living area there is a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, as well as a seating area for cosy hours of relaxation. 

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a single bed. Bed linen is of course included. A small staircase leads to the gallery, where you will find a bunk bed, a hanging chair and a flat-screen TV. 

For added comfort, there are two bathrooms with shower and WC, hand/bath towels, hairdryer, toilet paper and cosmetic tissues. 

Stay connected with free high-speed WiFi throughout the flat. 

For a 2-week stay, the hand/bath towels are changed free of charge. You can also request a change of bed linen. 

Each flat has its own ski storage room with boot dryer. In summer, bicycles and motorbikes can be parked in the locked garage. Free parking spaces are also available directly in front of the house. 

A small garden invites you to enjoy relaxing evenings in summer. We are happy to provide you with a BBQ grill on request.
